I suggest that you look at the open source project BOB (Better Object
Builder). It is designed to build IBM i objects out of IFS and handles all
types. Here is a link to the project

is very comprehensive.

DDS is not ILE so I'm not surprised. Should not be an issue for us since
we are doing all new development for the view in Python(Flask)/HTTP. The
move of the source to IFS is a precursor to implementing GIT for source
