Cygwin is an extremely heavyweight solution if all you want is an SSH
client. For a fuller Unixy experience, it is probably superseded by the
Windows Subsystem for Linux.

For me, Cygwin has always been in an uncanny valley between Unix and
Windows. I didn't like it even when I was actively using and enjoying Unix.
