I've used .11 for heavy source editing/compiling since the day it was
available and can't remember any issues other than the resequencing issue.
I have iSphere installed and that appears to work fine as well.

IMO, the biggest chronic hassles are (1) the SQL formatter making a mess of
non-SQL code if the semicolon terminating an SQL statement is missing (the
SQL formatter ignores RPG semicolons, capitalizes the wrong tokens, removes
my indentation, and deletes my blank lines. Fortunately, Ctrl-Z works!)
and (2) frequently terrible response time, even on a good PC with few tasks
running, a wired connection to a nearly-gigabit internet WAN connection,
and working in a development partition with nothing else going on (IIRC,
SQL is verified at the host and not locally, so this could be the problem
and one that needs to be addressed by IBM).

IMO, there's no reason not to move ahead. I don't recall reading any posts
describing a decision to roll back .11 to .10.

Currently I run 9.6.0.10. I know when the newest version of RDI came out
there were a plethora of issues being raised, not only on this forum but
others as well. It made me decide to wait before updating my RDi. I don't
need to spend a minute diagnosing and correcting RDi issues instead of
producing the software I'm working on.

It's been some time since that whirlwind of comments went by and honestly
I'm not sure if that was all just early adopter noise or are there real
problems that should be corrected with the next service pack. So I'll ask
the ugly question, is it time to update or still too soon?
