From a support standpoint, it's been quiet for a while.

If you installed the local help when Knowledge Center was having issues, I'd suggest removing it BEFORE updating.

If you use the Resequence on save, be sure to subscribe to the APAR SE76203. The patch will be available this week. I'll post a video on my YouTube channel with detailed install instructions later today, or you can use the PDF. (https://www.youtube.com/c/SteveFerrellRDiVideos) (Note most of my videos are 90 seconds or less, this one is real-time including downloading, and restarting so it's longer than the normal 90 second videos.)

The other major issue with Aldon LMi plugin has had a patch available for some time.

As for Secure Debug those open cases have been addressed. They were setup issues. With the exception of Kerberos (single sign on) using SSH. We've added a permanent restriction for Kerberos SSH debugging until the IBM i OpenSSH supports Kerberos. We will remove the restriction once the Open Source team addresses OpenSSH Kerberos.

Currently I run 9.6.0.10. I know when the newest version of RDI came out there were a plethora of issues being raised, not only on this forum but others as well. It made me decide to wait before updating my RDi. I don't need to spend a minute diagnosing and correcting RDi issues instead of producing the software I'm working on.

It's been some time since that whirlwind of comments went by and honestly I'm not sure if that was all just early adopter noise or are there real problems that should be corrected with the next service pack. So I'll ask the ugly question, is it time to update or still too soon?
