Re: Remote Systems LPEX is not automatically resequencing members (9.6.0.11)

Hi Steve,

I can’t see any error message in <workspace>\.metadata\.log - and no "split screen“ in LPEX.

What I do is

1. open a member by double clicking
2. inserting a new line
3. saving the member by CTRL+S (or my clicking the icon or selecting File-Save)

In this case the member is not automatically re-sequenced.

If I select Source-Resequence all or if I call the LPEX command resequence it works.

It doesn’t work in my old workspace - and also doesn’t work in a freshly created workspace.

Biggest question - is anyone else experiencing the same?

Do you see any errors logged? Do you have a split screen?

The resequencing logic is quite simple and hasn't changed for many years. We did do an update of LPEX, so it's possible that a restart with -clean may help.

If that doesn't help, please contact IBM Support so we can take a peek.

I updated RDi from 9.6.0.10 to 9.6.0.11 yesterday and now I have a strange issue.

I have the option to automatically resequence members before saving ON. But RDi isn’t resequencing the members while I’m saving them.
