Imagine you're a consultant working with different clients - hence
completely different connectivity and configuration requirements.
Multiple Workspaces could come in very handy.

When installing a major new version of RDi, you may wish to have a
period of parallel running for RDi Version x and Version x+1 on
different Workspaces
-OR-
Copy (backup) an existing Workspace before installing a new Fixpack;
(always a wise move)
-OR-
Using RDi on different projects which need to be "sandboxed" -
particularly if the projects are completely unrelated, (e.g. IBM i and
non-IBM i)
