According to Pulse Mobile, the "VPN On Demand" the default idle timeout is 120 seconds. And when launched via the Pulse Secure Mobile Client, the session timeouts are determined by the "roles" assigned to users.
So the settings you may need are at the Role Level.

We connect using a VPN (Pulse) and the settings I can see don't include any timeouts.
I've suggested to my boss that we start with a 25 minutes keep-alive, see if I still have to take a bunch of disconnects and reconnects and a few saves to members that are locked, so have to kill that job, then a couple dialogs to respond to.
I'm not kidding!
