Turn off automatic insert of // -- WDSCI-L

So when adding comments to free format ILE RPG, when you type your first // and hit enter it automatically inserts //. Is there a way to control this so that it no longer inserts the // when you hit enter? I tried digging through the whole host of preferences but ugh there are TONS of em.
