In Preferences, navigate to Remote Systems > Remote Systems LPEX Editor > IBM i Parsers > ILE RPG > Key Behavior.
If you have the option "Repeat previous specification type" checked, uncheck it.

So when adding comments to free format ILE RPG, when you type your first // and hit enter it automatically inserts //. Is there a way to control this so that it no longer inserts the // when you hit enter?
