Hi David,

I was able to recreate the issue.

Do a File -> Open File -> browse to find a file and double click on a .sh type file.

It works fine if you navigate through RSE, just not the Eclipse Open File. He has a work around that works for now. If no one enters a case today I'll add an internal defect.
