I have used RDI to debug Interactive 5250 screens(COBOL) and it seems to
end as long as the box "Terminate debug Session on program completion" is
checked. I assuming you did this, but didn't see you mention it, so
figured I would throw that out there. I do have jobs where I uncheck it
because I want to go back and forth between screens and not have Debug
end.

Justin,
Sorry "GS" is my shorthand for Green Screen. In other words when I start
and RPG (not SEP) debug in RDi, I start the execution of the program, step
through the code, and finally end the program. In the past when a program
ended, RDi would detect it and terminate the debug, however just lately it
has remained active. I'm not sure what is going on.

What is "in the GS"? Are you doing SEP debugging? Are you debugging a
*PGM or *SRVPGM? If *PGM, does it set on LR?

All,
Just recently I have had something show up. I do the setup for debugging
an RPG program, start the program in the 5250 session, go through my
debug, and end the program in the GS. Now, to the best of my memory, it
previously would also terminate in RDi but recently it doesn't and I have
to manually terminate the RDi debug job.
Does anyone have any ideas that I can track down?
