I only do SEP debugging, so this may not apply.

The only time I really see RDi not show the debug as "terminated" is when the object (usually *SRVPGM) remains activated. For example, the Activation Group isn't reclaimed. Those are cases where if I called the *SRVPGM again, the global variables will still contain their prior values. The same thing would probably happen if a *PGM ended without setting LR.

Sorry "GS" is my shorthand for Green Screen. In other words when I start and RPG (not SEP) debug in RDi, I start the execution of the program, step through the code, and finally end the program. In the past when a program ended, RDi would detect it and terminate the debug, however just lately it has remained active. I'm not sure what is going on.
