The annotation navigation did not. It will in a future release along with keeping the navigation buttons active so users can filter from the drop downs like Eclipse base allows.

Do you happen to know if the option to jump to the next variable instance made it into this release? The toggle occurrences highlights them, but this would be an option to jump from an occurrence to the previous/next occurrence. I remember Edmund said it didn't quite make the 9.6.0.5 release.

If you want to "toggle" with the outline, click on the little Triangle on the Outline view, then click the "Select current procedure or sub-routine". This will toggle the outline view as well.
