If you want to "toggle" with the outline, click on the little Triangle on the Outline view, then click the "Select current procedure or sub-routine". This will toggle the outline view as well.

I loaded it. Going thru RPG source, I thought "what's this text that keeps changing at the bottom?". I see that the current method now displays all the time in the grey margin at the bottom. Very nice!
