The latest thing I would be is dismissive, but really, after all those
(15?) years of WDSC, RDp, RDi being available, I don't believe that adding
more SEU/PDM behavior to the tooling will help those last programmers to
come over to RDi. Instead of that adding more SEU/PDM options will make the
usage inconsistent with other modern IDE's.

But that's just my 2 eurocents...

Personally, I agree with Arco. I'd much rather my development dollar
be spent to bring more modern functionality to RDi.
But I'll welcome hundreds of new RDiers to the list, so if a few
F-keys is all it takes...
