Sadly, I get the same behavior as Vern. A simple restart of RDI, approx. 10-seconds on my PC usually resolves it.

There is some odd-ball behaviour with this Vern. Sometimes it works and sometimes it only offers a local target. I've never formally reported it as I can't get it to repeat consistently.
