1.) SEP/Service Entry Points, my favorite way. Think StrSrvJob. (IBM i: Debug job)
2.) Add job to debug configuration. Think StrSrvJob. (IBM i: Debug Job)
3.) Interactive debug, need to set start up script. (IBM i: Debug Interactive Application)
only this one, will stop the process of the job you are debugging, when you hit "STOP".
Hope that helps a little bit...
