I am getting this error if I leave members open for a while and then go to
close them

RSEF1002 - Operation failed . File system input or output error.

Details: Message reported from file system: Read timed out

So I am presuming that as I am working remotely something is timing out,
but this has only recently started and the vpn I am working over is not
disconnecting and none of my green screen sessions are ending.

I am on version 9.6.0.5
