RDi upgrade from 9.5.1.2 -- WDSCI-L

I'm ready to take the jump to the newest version of RDI now. It seems to
have settled down.

Are there any specifc recommendations for this upgrade or do I just follow
the basic instructions. I have the license file already downloaded.
