If not, what you could do is just Ctrl-D to Duplicate the comment line.--
If you've duplicated text you don't want, use Ctrl-Delete to Delete
from the Cursor to End of Line.
Sorry, I know this doesn't actually answer your question but it might
provide a workaround.
