iSphere has no special dependencies to RDi 9.5.1.2. So I assume it was a temporary problem with SourceForge or something changed with SSL (or HTTP?) in 9.5.1.2.

Using the SourceForge update site usually works well for me. But for example I can no longer commit and update to/from the SVN repository with RDP 8.0 and WDSC 7.0 at work. But it works well at home. I do not know how SSL over a proxy server works but I assume, something changed with the proxy at work.

The conclusion is that there are lots of things that can cause problems between RDi and SourceForge (update site and update notifications).

Thomas.

I'm trying to install the iSphere plugin for RDi from the update
site and getting the following failure. Anyone help with this?

Well, I guess I figured out the problem. For some reason I decided to check to see if there were any updates available for RDi and there were. I knew my first work laptop was up to date but I guess I don't use RDi on the second work laptop often enough to remember what RDi version I needed to have installed. It was at 9.5.0.3 and is now updated to 9.5.1.2. The iSphere plugin installed fine after that.

Sincerely,

Dave Clark
