Installing it from the update site has never worked for me. I
always download the ZIP and install from there.

Well, this is actually the second time I am installing it. I have
two different work laptops -- one I use when I am in the office and the
other I use when I am working from home. I installed it on my office
laptop from the update site with no problems. Now I am trying to install
it on my other work laptop because I am working from home today. My
office laptop is Windows 7 Pro while my second work laptop is Windows 10
Pro (don't know that that should make any difference, though).
