site and getting the following failure. Anyone help with this?

Well, I guess I figured out the problem. For some reason I
decided to check to see if there were any updates available for RDi and
there were. I knew my first work laptop was up to date but I guess I
don't use RDi on the second work laptop often enough to remember what RDi
version I needed to have installed. It was at 9.5.0.3 and is now updated
to 9.5.1.2. The iSphere plugin installed fine after that.
