Shucks! I wish I would have known earlier. Because I mistakenly thought, I was wasting everyone's time.
Because my LPEX editor LOST FOCUS...
And I when I hit ENTER, it brought up the "NEW CLASS" or something funky like that.
And the down arrow brought up another pop-up menu in the upper right hand corner. I could NOT click on the LPEX editor and ACTIVATE...
it is as if the FOCUS got locked on the NEW BUTTON for --> Project... / Example... / Other.... <Puzzled-Look>
I was going to create a video, to send. But, I mistakenly figure it would not help. And I did not bother creating a dump this time...
I open the error log, and it did not show any errors. Then I could not minimize it back down. And I could not click on the LPEX to activate.
Anyway, I restarted RDI, and it started working PERFECTLY again.
Ps. I need to stock my desk drawer with snickers bars. And not get my panties in wad, when a ten-second restart usually resolve all.
Thanks for being so patient with me. I will now quietly send dumps, if they are actually helpful.

Who knows, maybe my work-space was corrupt or something. But, trying to
debug and get debug information is frustrating. My LPEX was locked up
for 15-minutes, trying to wait for it to complete "normally".
Anyway, I created a new workspace, and it is humming along fine.
I guess when in doubt, or too many errors, create a new workspace and be
done with it. Workspace was only 1-month old.
At least with the Export/Import function, it is "fairly" painless to
create a new workspace and reset it.
PS. Still waiting to hear back from IBM PMR# 03713,442,000, hoping that
possible that my dump/.log might give some clue. I noticed the spinner
on the parsing stuck at 66%, so I *ASSUMED* that was a possible culprit
for my lock-up.
