I have a couple of developers that have reported that all source line
dates for a program changed except for the comments. This happened for

both RPGLE and CBLLE source types. The only common thread is that
those developers are using RDi 9.5.1 with fix pack 2.

I have a coworker who has reported that behavior. We cannot
duplicate it to report it. I haven't seen it happen so I don't know
if it still happens on 9.6.

Except my coworker has had this happen on CL and COBOL--there's no
Ctrl+Shift+F reformat function for COBOL nor CL. The OP said it happened
on CBLLE, too.
