If they are using Ctrl+Shift+F to format the code, it will change all dates...

A professional tool like Help-system: RPG Toolbox does NOT change the source dates.

Just toss that out as a possibility.

Hi -

I have a couple of developers that have reported that all source line
dates for a program changed except for the comments. This happened for
both RPGLE and CBLLE source types. The only common thread is that
those developers are using RDi 9.5.1 with fix pack 2.

I don't see any way that this could be done without explicit
reformatting of the code. And the developers say that they did not do
a reformat.

Am I overlooking a system setting or other explanation?

I have a coworker who has reported that behavior. We cannot duplicate it to report it. I haven't seen it happen so I don't know if it still happens on 9.6.
