Michel,

I start my CL in column 4, and it works for me...

But, I have to change the line, for it to "kick-in" on the reformat...

window>preferences>Remote System>Remote System LPEX Editor>IBM i Parsers>CL

Checked: Automatic Indent Blanks(1-20): 5 // I use 5-spaces.
Checked: Automatic formatting
Label Position: 2
Command position 4
Continued line indent: 6
Line Length: *RCDLEN

PS. You no longer have to use GOTO in CL! We have structure programming!
DoUntil, DoWhile, subroutines, and more! Available since back on the old discontinue AS400 Cira 1999 & OS/400 5.4. <Big Smirk>

Close to two decades OLD!

I've left the formatter on and prompt commands all the time. I find the
preferences work well--except that it seems to ignore the "Command
position" setting. No matter what I set that to, the command starts in
position 14. The indent value works, but the command position never
changes no matter what I set that to.
