The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Sadly, I have ran into that MANY times...
But, there are two solutions:
1.) Unselect all text with Alt+U before the find.
2.) Uncheck the "Restrict Search to selection" in the find dialog.
I do option 2 all the time...
