I don’t think I ever looked at a usage limit for a compiler. I
looked today and it is for 25. I have 9 people who can initiate a
compile. Does that mean I could cut my license limit down to 9 and
save some money? I also have 25 for 5770WDS

If you've migrated from a pre-Version 6.1 system (if I'm remembering
correctly), you probably received these entitlements based on a conversion
IBM did from the previous licensing. Also, there are minimum requirements
for various size systems. Without digging around to see if I even still
have some of those details, it would be a good question for your business
partner.
