us WHY the whole thing with Installation Manager is superior to what the

rest of the industry does. Then either he or she could finally make us
understand (and stop complaining about it), or come to the insight that
maybe it wasn't such a great idea after all (and do something about
it).

I'm not from IBM, but I would say because it's Eclipse-based and Eclipse
is not a Windows application. RDi no longer is either as it runs on Linux
and (most functions) on OS X on a MAC.
