Brian was talking about how Profound Logic has lots of young RPGers, and he said it's because he deliberately hires and trains them. Brian has 2 young RPGers working for him, but I played a part in training them both. That's because I have 4 young people working for me that I hired, all of whom needed the training, so I took on Brian's people as well. (I've also hired additional young people, who haven't needed as much training... I've done the lions share of hiring at the company over the past year.)

So while Brian should get credit for his interns, and he's going a great job with them... I felt a little left out when he was taking credit for the whole company being younger, etc...
