A lot of errors like that are due to a corrupted workspace, can you
open a new workspace and see if that works?

Allen,

You can open a PMR as Ken suggests or you can also right-click on
'Objects' under your connection and select 'Verify Connection...'. That
will show you if your IBM i is missing something or something is breaking
the connection somewhere in-between.
