On current Windows (7, 10, server, whatever) attempting to start IM from
RDI will fail because RDI is running as a user and IM needs to be elevated.
So always start IM from the Windows Start menu.

That worked a charm.
That was one of those "Doh" moments. Because I initiated the installation
manager from RDI it didn't cross my mind that I should then close RDI
before proceeding.

Make sure all instances of RDI are closed before starting the update to RDI
9.5.0.3. If you get the message again then you likely need to look at the
running processes or just reboot to make sure that nothing has the files in
use.

I'm having trouble installing the 9.0.3 fix pack.
I have loaded the fix pack on my local drive and I'm initiating the
installation manager to install the fix.
The install get to a certain point and then fails with the message (The
process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process).
The file name is eclipse_1608.dll.
