I'm having trouble installing the 9.0.3 fix pack.
I have loaded the fix pack on my local drive and I'm initiating the installation manager to install the fix.
The install get to a certain point and then fails with the message (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process).
The file name is eclipse_1608.dll.
