If you add the RFE, I'll vote for it. Yesterday I did 'set
default.print.font courier-12'
Today, I do a 'query default.print.font' and I still get
'default.print.font "Courier-Regular-12"'

I was going to ask two things (well, at the risk of sounding like Monty
Python) three:
1) What does 'query print.font' show? I would expect it to be
'print.font
default'
2) What does 'query default.print.font' show?
3) What printer are you printing to?

However, I've tried printing in Lucida Console. That definitely prints
proportionally spaced. Something odd at work here.

For me, first thing when I open an RDi session, query print.font
shows the following expected value.

print.font default

Likewise, query default.print.font shows the following expected
value.

default.print.font "Courier New-regular-12"

When you tried to print in Lucida Console, did you use the set
command first? ...or, did you specify that value as a parameter to the
print command? If the former, I would expect it to print correctly. If
the latter, apparently, that does not work correctly and should be fixed.
But, that would not be an RFE. That would be a PMR.

Sincerely,

Dave Clark
