That is crazy. I have never heard of a monospaced font being rendered
proportionally, or vice versa. I didn't think such a thing was
possible.
Are you absolutely sure that what's being printed is Lucida Sans Typewriter?
I really don't like having to change the font size on the screen to get
smaller font on printing, then change back.
Yes, that's a pain. If you don't find a "proper" solution (such as
some configuration option for RDi that handles this), then it seems
your main alternatives are to use scripting/macros to at least reduce
the tedium of "change, print, change back"; or adjusting your Windows
display settings (which would of course affect more than just RDi).
