(This group is intended for RDi etc, not for RBD...)
But because I used to work a lot with RBD, here's a try. In my RBD installation com.ibm.rational.rbd.legal.doc is in the plugins directory of SDPshared. I assume you have 2 versions of this file in this directory. When you delete one of them (it's just the plugins directory so deleting often just works) and you try to do the update again, it might work...
