Regardless, we know that Scott's experiences and views haven't changed
all that much since then, because almost 15 years after that post
(that is, less than a year ago from today), you (Jon Paris) and Scott

I'm a little surprised people seem to have forgotten about that
thread, because it was extremely long and at times extremely heated.
