Crap! I guess that "Update outline View..." is VERY IMPORTANT for other features...

Windows>Preferences>Remote Systems>Remote Systems LPEX Editor>IBM I Parsers>ILE RPG

Checkbox: "Update the outline view when text is changed in the editor"...

If that is UNCHECKED, I lose the following functionality:
1.) Sort outline view Alphabetically
2.) Filter Text
3.) Hover tips for field size

Shoot! I have gotten use to all those great features!!!!

I thought I could "live" without "Live Outline view Update". To "hopefully" prevent "Not Responding" crashes....

Strange, working at home, I got a LOT of "Not Responding", and RDI actually caught up! It did NOT lock up like it does in the office! <Strange>

My home internet is a merger max of 60 mps, while work is "capable" of 10-Gigs. Although I sincerely doubt it is that fast! <LOL> I do have a "1-Gig" cable at work. Don't know about the internal cables. <smirk>

The only common thing I *THINK*/*ASSUME* it is the "Update Outline View...".

It seems, turning off that feature STOPS THE CRASHES.
I just miss the Filter on the outline view, that only seems to work when "Live Outline View..." is turned on. <frown>
