Time you got a copy of the Linoma Toolbox Vern and just converted the dang things to D specs/DCLs.
Also I think Craig Rutledge may have an updated version of his free conversions tools now.

Hi EricJon Paris
I just ran into a published limitation - *LIKE DEFINE - and there are a lot in some older code.
Has the fix for that in live outline been included in 9.5? There was a thread here about this around November 2013.
I see I can get around it by turning off live outline update. Will try that.

Hi,
Did someone have the repository address so I can add it to the installation
manager ?
I would like to have the version 9.5. Can I install it via IM 1.8.3 ?
Thank you

<TURNOVER vendor response>9.5!!
Some small changes were required to accommodate the new RDi 9.5.
These were verified against an early release copy, but I still need to
verify against the GA version.
I'm doing that as we speak.
So the version you're running will not work with 9.5, and you'll need to
install the new TURNOVER version when it's ready.
When you're ready, contact our technical support line for an update.

Ken, no longer a restriction when you use **FREE in RDi 9.5. Will
probably require a PTF to accompany it so the compiler can handle it as
well.

If you are using free-format control Statement, which replaces the old

Now the compiler uses your line numbers. I also add *NODEBUGIO.

I think folks that don't like sequence numbers are specifically against
*stored* sequence numbers. Personally, I consider them to be mostly
harmless, but completely useless. I have auto-renumbering on, and
listings have their own sequence number anyway.
When I say "mostly harmless", the very small harm I see is threefold:
(1) costs a small amount of storage, (2) costs a minuscule amount of
smallto do recalculation, (3) creates a slight amount of confusion (does aline
number refer to the stored sequence number or the compiler-assigned
sequence number?). I cannot stress enough that these are very, very
withoutcosts. But for me, there is zero benefit. Display of sequence numberscompiler
should be handled dynamically by the editor, and error messages should
report the ordinal line number accordingly. You can see in RPG IV
listings and dumps that IBM had precisely this in mind. And folks
programming in other languages on other platforms had been doing
--stored line numbers (happily!) for decades prior to RPG IV.--
