The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I agree that when the outline jumped around, it was extremely hard to use.
What I'd like to see is just another button that you could just press to find your current source location within the outline.
That way, when you want to actually see your current procedure in the outline, you could just press that button.
The idea is similar to the "Expand Current Bookmark" feature in Adobe Reader.

Here, here. I rarely want the outline synchronized. In a previous release when the outline jumped around every time you clicked in the source, it was considered by many, myself included, to be a bug. Now that the outline bug is fixed, lets not break it again. A status indicator similar to the cursor position and text mode will suffice.
