Alt-D   Delete
Alt-K   Uppercase
Alt-I    Lowercase


Once you get to using the ALT-L to select groups of lines, so you can
ALT-F8 indent stuff, you'll discover the joys of hitting the wrong key and
upper casing lines with the ALT-K.
