Yeah, that setting was mentioned in the link I posted - apparently it
makes the window that gets focus to come to the front - that probably
wouldn't happen in RDi, though.
Now there's a registry hack cited in that link that keeps the window
layers as they are, still giving focus to the one behind - and there are
comments on just how well it works!

I tried it for a while but it doesn't flow as well as me deciding which
window/section has the focus. Others may find this solves all their
frustrations, but like Mike said I found myself surprised when my typing
spread over two different windows because my mouse moved by itself! (No,
not a poltergeist, just a cluttered desk.)
