Craig

There are settings in the preferences.

Go to Windows menu,
click on Preferences,
type "ILE" in the filter text box
- you will see an entry for "ILE RPG"
- click on it

About halfway down is a setting for closure - see if this gives you what you want.

Using WDSC 7.0

In free-format RPG, when I enter an "if" or "do" statement, the editor
generates the corresponding "ENDIF" or "ENDDO".

How can I suppress the auto generation of the END statements? (Side note,
how can I get it to insert as lower-case, i.e., "endif" or "enddo").

Thanks
