I installed via PPO (my first time, woo).
I always just google the site when I want to go to it.

http://www-01.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html

For some reason I was able to download it using Chrome. But right now I'm getting "Connection Reset" when using Chrome. But from there I was going to a Download link on the far right. It seemed to bring up a different page than the Software Download link mid-page.

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RDi 9.1 - Where?

Jon,

I did not find 9.1 in PPA. I have my install via ESS. The only trial version I could find as download was 9.0.

Here is how I got 9.1 installed and licensed:

1) Installed IBM Installation manager V 1.7.2 on my PC. From Eric or Edmund:

IBM Installation Manager 1.7.2 is also a free download at
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24036814

2) After 1.7.2 is installed I used the web install instructions here:

In the mean time, I have updated the instructions for a RDi web
install to include 9.1:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21667734

3) Once installed I started RDi 9.1 using a copy of my 9.0 workspace.

4) Then I went to the IBM Licensing key center and after logging in, downloaded the activation key from:

https://www-01.ibm.com/software/rational/support/licensing/

I hope this helps!

Do you happen to have the link you used for PPA handy JIm? I cannot

9.1 in PPA when I sign in.

The other way to get it is to use the web install, also posted by
Eric or Edumnd, and apply the key when you get it and/or it becomes
available. I used this option yesterday, and it worked well, as I
did not have PPA access to RDi 9.1.

It is on PPA - look at the posts here for the last week or so,
you'll

all the info you need.

Look especially at posts from Eric Simpson or Edmund Reinhardt

I understand that upgrade to RDI 9.1 is now available. My
colleagues and I are wondering just where we can get it. We checked IBM Passport
Advantage, did not find it there. Can someone help out?
