If the file object has been created with the new fields, my suggestion is to run a verify with prompt to refresh the cache. (Maybe this is the same as performing the clear cache you did, but I'm not certain.)

For the archives:
Source > Verify (Prompt)... when there, click Cache on the left, then
select the (only) checkbox for Refresh Cache.
