On RDP 8..0.3 ctrl-d does position the cursor to the duplicated line.

One thing I noticed is that when I split a line, my cursor remains
on the line originally split.
Same thing when I duplicate a line (ctrl-d). To me it would make
sense to have the cursor go to the new line. I'm positive that when
you duplicate a line pre 9.0.1 the cursor would go to the new line.
Maybe someone who hasn't updated yet can verify.
