I don't know your situation. If you are still within the support window for 8.5, you might consider >calling in the errors.
I have called in the errors previously, but my company didn't buy extended support. I just wanted to report errors I found to help others. The IBM support people were very polite and courteous! But, they wanted a Customer-number, which I didn't have one. And I was told they were releasing a new version anyway. And that they do NOT support old releases. Oh well, I guess that is how it goes...
Still love Rational Developer, just stuck on RDP 8.0.3 for now! Better than NO RDP! <Joy Joy>
Still frustrating, but RDP 8.5.1 is now UNINSTALLED! <Joy Joy> The demon is GONE!
I certainly hope quality control is much better on RDI 9.0. By the time I get the license to that version, hopefully all bugs will be worked out anyway! <smirk>
