First, there should be some help text you can search.

But I think if you double-click or otherwise highlight a variable, then
right-click it, you should see an option to set your watch.

I just checked the help - that is correct - there are a couple other
ways that don't pre-load the variable.

Watches are over a certain memory location, which the variable
"addresses", so to speak.

seem to remember being able to "watch" a field and have it automatically
break at the point in the program when that field value changed. Is
this possible in RDi Debug? And if so, how do you do it?
