Correct, just the items in the 'Enter key behavior' section would need to
be unchecked in order to set your own Enter action.

In ILE RPG, the parser provides an Enter key action. You will need to
disable 'Enter key behavior' preferences on the ILE RPG parser
preference
page in order to then be able to set the Enter to your own action.
